MVPW02: Jahmal Harvey adds to his hype, moves to 3-0 after fifth-round stoppage
Jahmal Harvey’s pro career is very young; however, he is perhaps the most decorated amateur the U.S. boxing scene has seen in years. Harvey won a gold medal at the 2021 AIBA World Championships and at the 2023 Pan-American Games, and he made it to the quarterfinals at the 2024 Olympics. Harvey is 2-0 entering tonight, scoring a decision win over Kevin Cervantes on the Anthony Joshua vs. Jake Paul undercard this past December.
Never one to turn down a fight, Daniel Lugo has competed in various disciplines of martial arts, turning pro as a boxer in 2022. An aggressive style fighter, Lugo is 6-4 entering tonight, with four knockouts to his name. He last fought in November, getting knocked out by H20 Sylve.
