MVPW02: Krystal Rosado wins power-punching brawl
Krystal Rosado is a protegee of Amanda Serrano and is considered one of the top rising names in MVP. A bronze medalist at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games, Rosado is a highly-ranked bantamweight who enters tonight with an 8-1 record. The 23-year-old last fought in January, scoring a decision over Tania Walters.
A decorated amateur and part of the Mexican National Team, Fernanda Reyes came into the sport of boxing thanks to the influence of her father, whose memory and legacy she carries with her into every fight. Reyes is known for her technical work and defense, though she is willing to exchange with her speedy, hard-hitting punches. Reyes is 8-0 (1 NC) as a pro, having last fought in a win over Lorena Yenesina Cruz one year ago.
